Our Story
Have you ever taken a moment to truly think about the journey your food has taken to arrive at your table? Maybe you’ve discovered where it was grown and how it was prepared, but the truth is, there are hundreds of paths, people, and places involved in the production of your food.
We realized this at the beginning of our journey, and immediately decided we needed to become better participants in our food system. Since then, we’ve strived to educate ourselves, get involved, and pass on our learnings to all – students, farmers, and consumers alike.
In doing so, we’ve unlocked our greater mission – to strengthen food production in cities by building local, sustainable, and profitable community-driven ecosystems.
